WE have used Blue pay for years and I am sure we have been ripped off for most of that time. We have never been able to get them to provide us with billing to support what they draft from our acct each month, we have never signed a contract with them, and when we call their "customer service" number, they make you wait for at least 20 minutes, and then they hand you over to some outsourced phone bank in Columbia or India.

Cannot understand their accents and after battling with this uninformed idiot for 10 minutes, I asked if it was possible to speak with some English speaking person. Thereafter, I was placed on HOLD for over 30 minutes and I finally had to hang up.

What a horrible way to treat customers. What a piece of *** company.
